ReplyDeletemuch oblige ivan! is just pencil at this stage. wanna try oil but still not sure about how to start. my landscape from john's class came out bad
haha, I remember this! It's looking sweet, man!
ReplyDeleteAnd if you want to try oil, I'd suggest making copies of the sketch that you can transfer to the canvas, and just go in with the mentality that you might have to try it 3 or 4 times before you're happy with it. Oil is a finnicky thing. And be sure to do some color studies beforehand.
